It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to K.P. National College of Arts and Science, Batlagundu, an institution dedicated to nurturing academic excellence, ethical values, innovation, and lifelong learning. Our vision is to empower students with knowledge, skills, and character that enable them to contribute meaningfully to society and succeed in an ever-evolving global environment.

In alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, our institution is committed to providing a flexible, multidisciplinary, learner-centric, and inclusive education. We continuously adopt innovative teaching-learning methodologies that promote critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, digital literacy, and experiential learning. Our focus is to prepare graduates who are academically competent, socially responsible, and professionally equipped.

We have embraced Outcome-Based Education (OBE) to ensure that every academic programme is designed with clearly defined Programme Outcomes (POs), Programme Specific Outcomes (PSOs), and Course Outcomes (COs). Through continuous assessment, curriculum enrichment, and quality assurance practices, we strive to ensure that our students acquire the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and competencies expected by higher education institutions, industry, and society.

Research, innovation, and entrepreneurship are integral to our academic culture. Our endeavour is to produce confident graduates who possess technical expertise, leadership qualities, ethical values, and the adaptability required to excel in today’s competitive world.

As a socially responsible institution, we remain committed to environmental sustainability, community engagement, gender equity, inclusiveness, and ethical governance. Through extension activities, NSS, YRC, clubs, awareness programmes, and green initiatives, we instil civic responsibility and environmental consciousness among our students.
